| 13 | | - | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming: |

| 14 | | - | Section 1. W.S. 21-15-123(f)(ix) is amended to read: |

| 15 | | - | 21-15-123. State construction department; duties and |
|---|
| 16 | | - | authority relating to school facilities. |
|---|
| 17 | | - | (f) The state construction department shall: |
|---|
| 18 | | - | (ix) Review requests submitted by charter |
|---|
| 19 | | - | schools pursuant to W.S. |
|---|
| 20 | | - | determine whether space exists within the applicable |
|---|
| 21 | | - | district for operation of the charter school that is |
|---|
| 22 | | - | available and adequate. |
