9 new subsection (d) is amended to read:

5equire a dentist to provide services at a
6 fee set by the contract, a policy or a certificate unless
7 the services are covered services by the terms of the
8 contract, policy or certificate;.

7 (b) For purposes of this section:,

9 "covered services" means services
10 reimbursable under the contract, policy or certificate,
11 subject to customary contractual limitations on benefits
12 including such items as deductibles, waiting periods,
13 frequency limitations or charges over the benefit maximum;.

6W.S. 26-22-505(c) is repealed.

8This act applies to contracts, policies or
9 certificates entered into or issued on or after July 1,
10 2025. Nothing in this act is construed to impair any
11 existing contracts, policies or certificates entered into
12 or issued before July 1, 2025.

14This act is effective July 1, 2025
