* Sec. 3. The uncodified law of the State of Alaska is amended by adding a new section to 9
read: 10
EXEMPTION FROM AS 44.66.050(e). Sections 1 and 2 of this Act are exempt from 11
the provision of AS 44.66.050(e) that prohibits a bill from continuing or reestablishing more 12
than one board or commission. 13

* Sec. 4. The uncodified law of the State of Alaska is amended by adding a new section to 1

RETROACTIVITY. If this Act takes effect after June 30, 2023, this Act is retroactive 3
to June 30, 2023. 4
