Henry County; Henry County Sheriff's Office and Henry County Task Force, authorized to sell, use, and destroy certain abandoned, stolen, and unclaimed property
Relating to Houston County; to provide for contracting of police services by a municipality with the Sheriff of Houston County; and to provide for compensation and distribution.
Relating to St. Clair County; to provide for the electronic filing of business personal property tax returns in the Office of the St. Clair County Revenue Commissioner; and to authorize the revenue commissioner to establish procedures for filing of the returns.
Relating to St. Clair County; to amend Section 4 of Act 85-435, 1985 Regular Session (Acts 1985, p. 403); and to create and provide for the distribution of an additional license tag fee of two dollars ($2).
Relating to Butler County; to provide for the salary of the Coroner of Butler County; and to repeal Section 45-7-60 of the Code of Alabama 1975, providing for an expense allowance for the coroner.
Relating to Lauderdale County; to amend Section 45-39-70, Code of Alabama 1975, to increase the salary of the Chair of the Lauderdale County Commission; to provide retroactive application; and to make nonsubstantive, technical revisions to update the existing code language to current style.
Relating to Cherokee County; to amend Section 45-10-201, Code of Alabama 1975, to provide for the transfer of the duties of the license commissioner to the revenue commissioner; and to make nonsubstantive, technical revisions to update the existing code language to current style.
Relating to Cullman County; to provide for the creation, funding, and operation of the Cullman County Legislative Delegation Fund; to provide for the distribution of the net proceeds of the state beer tax payable to Cullman County and the additional three percent of TVA in-lieu-of taxes payments received by Cullman County; to abolish the Cullman County Community Development Commission; and to repeal Section 45-22-90, Code of Alabama 1975.
Relating to Calhoun County, to create and provide for the distribution of an additional motor vehicle registration fee of two dollars; and to create a new fund for the proceeds of the fee.
Relating to Autauga County; to further provide for the regulation of the sale of alcoholic beverages in the unincorporated areas of the county; to authorize the Autauga County Commission to issue a separate county business license for any person or business required to have a retail license from the Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) Board for the sale of alcoholic beverages in the unincorporated areas of the county; and to provide for a fee for the license and for the enforcement of this requirement.
