9-2 ENROLLED, An Act,
10-3 Relating to the City of Jackson in Clarke County;
11-4 authorizing the city council to provide for the sale of draft
12-5 or keg beer by retail licensees of the Alcoholic Beverage
13-6 Control Board.
14-7 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:
15-8 Section 1. This act shall apply to the regulation of
16-9 the sale and distribution of alcoholic beverages in the City
17-10 of Jackson in Clarke County.
18-11 Section 2. The City Council of the City of Jackson,
19-12 by resolution or ordinance, may authorize the sale and
20-13 distribution of draft or keg beer by retail licensees of the
21-14 Alcoholic Beverage Control Board in any size containers for
22-15 on-premises and off-premises consumption.
23-16 Section 3. This act shall become effective
24-17 immediately following its passage and approval by the
25-18 Governor, or its otherwise becoming law.
