| 15 | | - | 8 Section 1. This act shall apply to the regulation of |

| 16 | | - | 9 the sale and distribution of alcoholic beverages in the City |
|---|
| 17 | | - | 10 of Jackson in Clarke County. |
|---|
| 18 | | - | 11 Section 2. The City Council of the City of Jackson, |
|---|
| 19 | | - | 12 by resolution or ordinance, may authorize the sale and |
|---|
| 20 | | - | 13 distribution of draft or keg beer by retail licensees of the |
|---|
| 21 | | - | 14 Alcoholic Beverage Control Board in any size containers for |
|---|
| 22 | | - | 15 on-premises and off-premises consumption. |
|---|
| 23 | | - | 16 Section 3. This act shall become effective |
|---|
| 24 | | - | 17 immediately following its passage and approval by the |
|---|
| 25 | | - | 18 Governor, or its otherwise becoming law. |
