2 ENROLLED, An Act,
3 Relating to the City of Jackson in Clarke County;
4 authorizing the city council to provide for the sale of draft
5 or keg beer by retail licensees of the Alcoholic Beverage
6 Control Board.
7 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:
8 Section 1. This act shall apply to the regulation of
9 the sale and distribution of alcoholic beverages in the City
10 of Jackson in Clarke County.
11 Section 2. The City Council of the City of Jackson,
12 by resolution or ordinance, may authorize the sale and
13 distribution of draft or keg beer by retail licensees of the
14 Alcoholic Beverage Control Board in any size containers for
15 on-premises and off-premises consumption.
16 Section 3. This act shall become effective
17 immediately following its passage and approval by the
18 Governor, or its otherwise becoming law.
