13-6 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:
14-7 Section 1. The boundary lines and corporate limits
15-8 of the Town of Cherokee Ridge in Marshall County are altered,
16-9 rearranged, and extended to include within the corporate
17-10 limits of the municipality, in addition to the lands now
18-11 included, all of the following territory:

20-13 A PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN THE NORTHEAST QUARTER
21-14 AND THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION
22-15 16, TOWNSHIP 7 SOUTH, RANGE 1 EAST, MARSHALL COUNTY, ALABAMA
23-16 MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
