24 | 24 | | 18 WHEREAS, the Morrill Act provided for military |

25 | 25 | | 19 training at land grant institutions, thereby establishing a |

26 | 26 | | 20 program at Auburn University in 1872 that is recognized today |

27 | 27 | | 21 as the Army, Naval, and Air Force Reserve Officers' Training |
