15		-	8 authorize the governing body to provide for the sale of draft
16		-	9 or keg beer by retail licensees of the Alcoholic Beverage
17		-	10 Control Board.
18		-	11 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:
19		-	12 Section 1. This act shall apply only to the City of
20		-	13 Geneva in Geneva County.
21		-	14 Section 2. The governing body of the City of Geneva,
22		-	15 by ordinance, may authorize the sale of draft or keg beer by
23		-	16 retail licensees of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board in
24		-	17 the city. Any resolution or ordinance of the governing body
25		-	18 relating to the sale, consumption, and possession of bottled
26		-	19 or canned beer shall apply to draft or keg beer.
27		-	20 Section 3. The provisions of this act are cumulative
28		-	21 and supplementary and shall not be construed to repeal or
29		-	22 supersede any laws or parts of laws not directly inconsistent
30		-	23 with this act.

33		-	2 first day of the third month following its passage and
34		-	3 approval by the Governor, or its otherwise becoming law.
