6 ENROLLED, An Act,
7 Relating to the City of Geneva in Geneva County; to
8 authorize the governing body to provide for the sale of draft
9 or keg beer by retail licensees of the Alcoholic Beverage
10 Control Board.
11 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:
12 Section 1. This act shall apply only to the City of
13 Geneva in Geneva County.
14 Section 2. The governing body of the City of Geneva,
15 by ordinance, may authorize the sale of draft or keg beer by
16 retail licensees of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board in
17 the city. Any resolution or ordinance of the governing body
18 relating to the sale, consumption, and possession of bottled
19 or canned beer shall apply to draft or keg beer.
20 Section 3. The provisions of this act are cumulative
21 and supplementary and shall not be construed to repeal or
22 supersede any laws or parts of laws not directly inconsistent
23 with this act.

1 Section 4. This act shall become effective on the
2 first day of the third month following its passage and
3 approval by the Governor, or its otherwise becoming law.
