FISCAL NOTE
Senate Bill 91 as introduced could increase or decrease the administrative obligations of the Board of Pharmacy by an undetermined amount dependent on the number of disciplinary actions that are sent by delivery or courier service as opposed to certified mail. Further, this bill shifts the administration of the election procedure for nominations to the Board to a third party which would decrease the administrative obligations of the Board and increase the financial obligations of the Board, by an undetermined amount, dependent on the fee charged by the third party to administer the election process.
