Committee: Boards, Agencies and Commissions Sponsor: Beasley Analyst: Tiffany Weaver Date: 02/07/2022 FISCAL NOTE Senate Bill 91 as passed the Senate could increase or decrease the administrative obligations of the Board of Pharmacy by an undetermined amount dependent on the number of disciplinary actions that are sent by delivery or courier service, as provided by this bill, as opposed to certified mail, as provided by current law. Further, this bill shifts the administration of the election procedure for certain Board positions to a third party, which would decrease the administrative obligations of the Board but increase the financial obligations of the Board by an undetermined amount dependent on the cost to have the third party administer the election process.
