Committee: Sponsor: Beasley Analyst: Tiffany Weaver Date: 06/01/2022 FISCAL NOTE Senate Bill 91 (Act 2022-145) as enacted could increase or decrease the administrative obligations of the Board of Pharmacy by an undetermined amount dependent on the number of disciplinary actions that are sent by delivery or courier service, as provided by this act, as opposed to certified mail, as provided by existing law. Further, the provisions of this act shifts the administration of the election procedure for certain Board positions to a third party, which would decrease the administrative obligations of the Board but increase the financial obligations of the Board by an undetermined amount dependent on the cost to have a third party administer the election process.
