13 | 13 | | SYNOPSIS: |
---|
14 | 14 | | This bill would establish a list of criminal |
---|
15 | 15 | | offenses which are deemed to be felonies dangerous to |
---|
16 | 16 | | human life. |
---|
17 | 17 | | This bill would provide enhanced criminal |
---|
18 | 18 | | penalties for the possession, brandishing, or discharge |
---|
19 | 19 | | of a firearm during the commission of a felony |
---|
20 | 20 | | dangerous to human life. |
---|
21 | 21 | | This bill would provide prohibitions on the |
---|
22 | 22 | | possession of a firearm by certain individuals released |
---|
23 | 23 | | on bond or personal recognizance when the underlying |
---|
24 | 24 | | criminal offense for which the person was arrested is a |
---|
25 | 25 | | felony dangerous to human life. |
---|
26 | 26 | | This bill would prohibit the possession of a |
---|
27 | 27 | | firearm by certain individuals previously convicted of |
---|
28 | 28 | | a felony dangerous to human life within a 25-year |
---|
29 | 29 | | period. |
---|
30 | 30 | | This bill would also provide criminal penalties |
---|
31 | 31 | | for a violation. |
