14 | 14 | | WHEREAS, it is with profound sadness that we note the |

15 | 15 | | death of Mrs. Claudia Mae Crimes Robinson; and |
---|
16 | 16 | | WHEREAS, her passing leaves a void in the lives of |
---|
17 | 17 | | her loving family, many friends, and the entire community |
---|
18 | 18 | | where she was highly regarded; and |
---|
19 | 19 | | WHEREAS, Mrs. Robinson was born on May 31, 1946, in |
---|
20 | 20 | | Midway, Alabama; she was the ninth child born to the late N. |
---|
21 | 21 | | Davis and O.B. Crymes; and |
---|
22 | 22 | | WHEREAS, after graduating from Trenholm in 1969, she |
---|
23 | 23 | | became a licensed practical nurse and began working at St. |
---|
24 | 24 | | Jude Catholic Hospital in Montgomery, Alabama; and |
---|
25 | 25 | | WHEREAS, Claudia married Willie "Bub" Robinson and |
---|
26 | 26 | | moved to Cleveland, Ohio; during this time, she worked for |
---|
27 | 27 | | St. Luke's Hospital until the birth of her daughters; and |
---|
28 | 28 | | WHEREAS, upon returning to Montgomery, she accepted a |
---|
29 | 29 | | job with Montgomery Food Processors, where she was a devoted |
---|
30 | 30 | | employee until she became the caregiver for her mother; and |
---|
31 | 31 | | WHEREAS, Claudia was a active member of Mt. Gillard |
---|
32 | 32 | | Missionary Baptist Church; she had a servant's heart and was |
---|
33 | 33 | | the caretaker for many children; in addition, she |
---|
34 | 34 | | volunteered with the English Village Neighborhood |
---|
35 | 35 | | Association, the Poet Nation Super Grands, and many other |
---|
36 | 36 | | community organizations; in her spare time, she loved |
---|
