A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT Relating to public health; to exempt U.S. Department of Defense events held in the state from any state public health law if the law conflicts with a regulation, law, or condition required by the Department of Defense to attend the event. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA: Section 1.
