33 | 33 | | WHEREAS, a man who has dedicated his life to serving |

34 | 34 | | others, Mr. Booth is a beloved member of his community, |

35 | 35 | | known for his selflessness and his tireless work ethic; he |

37 | 37 | | leadership; throughout his life, he has been devoted to his |

38 | 38 | | family, his community, and his profession; and |

43 | 43 | | safety, and improve the overall quality of life in his |

44 | 44 | | community; in 2004, he was elected as the Mayor of Coker, |
