| 18 | 20 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA: | |
| 19 | 21 | Section 1. The tax assessor and tax collector of Wilcox | |
| 20 | 22 | County shall each be entitled to receive an additional expense | |
| 21 | 23 | allowance in the amount of three thousand dollars ($3,000) per | |
| 22 | 24 | year which shall be payable in equal monthly installments from | |
| 23 | 25 | the county general fund. The expense allowances provided | |
| 24 | 26 | herein shall be in addition to any and all other compensation | |
| 25 | 27 | and expense allowances provided by law. | |
| 26 | 28 | Section 2. This act shall become effective on October | |
