Enrolled, An Act,
Relating to Wilcox County; providing for an additional
expense allowance for the tax assessor and tax collector.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:
Section 1. The tax assessor and tax collector of Wilcox
County shall each be entitled to receive an additional expense
allowance in the amount of three thousand dollars ($3,000) per
year which shall be payable in equal monthly installments from
the county general fund. The expense allowances provided
herein shall be in addition to any and all other compensation
and expense allowances provided by law.
Section 2. This act shall become effective on October
1, 2024.
