21 | 29 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA: | |
22 | 30 | Section 1. Section 34-24-50.1, Code of Alabama 1975, as | |
23 | 31 | last amended by Act 2023-233 of the 2023 Regular Session, is | |
24 | 32 | amended to read as follows: | |
25 | 33 | "ยง34-24-50.1 | |
26 | 34 | Unless otherwise indicated from the context, the terms | |
27 | 35 | set out below as used in Articles 3, 8, 9, and 10 of this | |
28 | 36 | chapter have the following meanings: | |
29 | - | (1) BOARD. The State Board of Medical Examiners. | |
30 | - | (2) DOCTOR. Both doctors of medicine and doctors of | |
