34 | 34 | | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA: |

35 | 35 | | Section 1. Any provision of Section 34-2-32, Code of |

36 | 36 | | Alabama 1975, to the contrary notwithstanding, no municipality |
---|
37 | 37 | | may require the approval by a registered architect or |
---|
38 | 38 | | professional engineer on plans for the construction of a |
---|
