| 34 | 34 | | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA: |

| 36 | 36 | | Alabama 1975, to the contrary notwithstanding, no municipality |

| 37 | 37 | | may require the approval by a registered architect or |
