76 | 76 | | authorize lotteries or gift enterprises for any purposes, and |

77 | 77 | | shall pass laws to prohibit such activitiesthe sale in this |
---|
78 | 78 | | state of lottery or gift enterprise tickets, or tickets in any |
---|
79 | 79 | | scheme in the nature of a lottery; and all acts, or parts of |
---|
80 | 80 | | acts heretofore passed by the legislature of this state, |
---|
81 | 81 | | authorizing a lottery or lotteries, and all acts amendatory |
---|
82 | 82 | | thereof, or supplemental thereto, are hereby avoided . |

83 | 83 | | (b) Any law enacted by the Legislature in violation of |

84 | 84 | | this section shall be void. |

85 | 85 | | Part 2. The following Section 65.1 is added to the |

---|
92 | 92 | | plastic, or some functionally similar material. |

93 | 93 | | (2) Traditional bingo, using only cardboard, paper, |
---|
94 | 94 | | plastic, or some functionally similar material. |

95 | 95 | | (b) Any activity conducted pursuant to the authority of |
---|
96 | 96 | | this section shall be conducted only for noncommercial |
---|

134 | 134 | | grammatical, clerical, and typographical errors; revise |

135 | 135 | | internal or external citations and cross-references; harmonize |

136 | 136 | | language; and translate effective dates. |
