| 24 | 24 | | WHEREAS, in 2023, Minister Woods founded the Voices |

| 25 | 25 | | of Victory Music Ministry, a choir not afraid of proclaiming |

| 27 | 27 | | WHEREAS, in his book, Bryant Thompson Woods & Voices |

| 28 | 28 | | of Victory Music Ministry, Minister Woods explains how his |

| 29 | 29 | | "Granny," Callie Thompson, encouraged him to pursue this |
