18 | 18 | | appreciation that Antonio Garay, ASEZ WAO, International We |

19 | 19 | | Love You Foundation, and the World Mission Society Church of |

20 | 20 | | God are recognized for their outstanding generosity in |

21 | 21 | | bringing together volunteers for a street cleanup event in |
---|
22 | 22 | | Montgomery, Alabama, on June 15, 2025, with the goal to |

23 | 23 | | clean trash and debris from Vaughn Road, the Eastern |
---|
24 | 24 | | Boulevard, and Perry Hill Road; and |
---|
25 | 25 | | WHEREAS, Keep Alabama Beautiful, a nonprofit |
---|
26 | 26 | | organization that believes that everyone should be able to |
---|
27 | 27 | | live in a safe and clean environment, is also expected to |
---|
28 | 28 | | contribute to the efforts and send volunteers; and |
---|
29 | 29 | | WHEREAS, clean and well-maintained public spaces can |

30 | 30 | | attract businesses and tourism, boost the local economy, |
---|
31 | 31 | | reduce the incidence of litter, and deter illegal dumping |
---|
32 | 32 | | and pollution that can harm public health; a cleaner |
---|
33 | 33 | | environment enhances the overall quality of life, safety, |

34 | 34 | | and economic vitality, making cities such as Montgomery more |
---|
35 | 35 | | vibrant and sustainable places to live; and |

36 | 36 | | WHEREAS, the support of volunteers and organizations |
