| 20 | 20 | | congratulations are conveyed to Joseph L. Jones on the |

| 21 | 21 | | occasion of his retirement from the State of Alabama, |

| 23 | 23 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Jones devoted 39 years and nine months |

| 24 | 24 | | to the state as a laborer, warehouse worker, stock clerk, |

| 25 | 25 | | and worked his way up to supervisory supply officer; his |

| 26 | 26 | | dedication and commitment has been an inspiration to many; |
