21 | 28 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA: | |
22 | 29 | Section 1. (a) The governing body of any Class 1, 2, or | |
23 | 30 | 3 municipality may enter into a memorandum of understanding | |
24 | - | with the sheriff and the county commission of any county | |
25 | - | containing any portion of the municipality concerning traffic | |
26 | - | enforcement. | |
