| 19 | 21 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA: | |
| 20 | 22 | Section 1. (a) Beginning October 1, 2025, the | |
| 21 | 23 | supernumerary revenue commissioner of Barbour County serving | |
| 22 | 24 | on October 1, 2025, shall receive an annual salary of | |
| 23 | 25 | thirty-seven thousand one hundred twenty-five dollars | |
| 24 | 26 | ($37,125), paid in equal monthly installments from the county | |
| 25 | 27 | general fund. | |
| 26 | 28 | (b) Any compensation paid to the supernumerary revenue | |
| 27 | 29 | commissioner prior to October 1, 2025, is hereby ratified and | |
| 28 | 30 | confirmed. | |
| 29 | 31 | Section 2. This act shall become effective on October | |
| 30 | 32 | 1, 2025. | |
