Enrolled, An Act,
Relating to Barbour County; to provide for the
compensation of the supernumerary revenue commissioner; and to
provide retroactive effect.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:
Section 1. (a) Beginning October 1, 2025, the
supernumerary revenue commissioner of Barbour County serving
on October 1, 2025, shall receive an annual salary of
thirty-seven thousand one hundred twenty-five dollars
($37,125), paid in equal monthly installments from the county
general fund.
(b) Any compensation paid to the supernumerary revenue
commissioner prior to October 1, 2025, is hereby ratified and
confirmed.
Section 2. This act shall become effective on October
1, 2025.
