| 30 | 30 | | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA: |

| 31 | 31 | | Section 1. (a) All county commissions and |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | municipalities shall annually publish all statements of the |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | county's or municipality's financial status for the 12-month |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | period ending on September 30th of that year, audits, monthly |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | expenditures, and budgets in a prominent location on the |
|---|
| 36 | 36 | | official website of the county or municipality. |
