BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS: 20

SECTION 1. Arkansas Code § 3 -5-1904(d)(2), concerning the prohibition 22
on advertising by a microbrewery -restaurant private club, is amended to read 23
as follows: 24
(2) The prohibition on advertising or promoting the consumption 25
and use of alcoholic beverages under subdivision (d)(1) of this section does 26
not apply to a: 27
(A) A microbrewery-restaurant private club advertisement 28
consisting solely of the name of the microbrewery -restaurant private club ; or 29
(B) The use of social media, a website, or other 30
electronic means to provide information to a consumer regarding the 31
microbrewery-restaurant private club, including without limitation the 32
location, events, and menu . 33
