22	22	WHEREAS, over thirty thousand (30,000) students were homeschooled in 20
23	23	Arkansas during the 2023 -2024 school year; and 21

25	25	WHEREAS, homeschooling offers flexibility, efficiency, and 23
26	26	effectiveness in teaching students in Arkansas, and this benefit allows 24
27	27	homeschooling families to offer increased opportunities for community 25
28	28	involvement and service to others for their children; and 26

30	30	WHEREAS, homeschooling is not a one -size-fits-all plan, and the 28
31	31	education can be customized to the student's learning styles and preferences 29
32	32	and can be beneficial to students with special needs; and 30

35	35	physical health, and social development; and 33

50	50	well for military families, families who travel, and families contending with 10

54	54	student's potential and focus on this individual potential instead of minimum 14
55	55	standards and standardized testing, and these parents are allowed to shape 15
56	56	homeschooling so that learning for the students can be reactive to new 16

60	60	students can use as they progress into adulthood as homeschooling allows 20
