25	25	four (4) years old with the Arkansas Dolphins Swim Team, breaking her first 23

29	29	(16) years old, a condition she noticed upon waking up with blurry vision one 27
30	30	day, and which led to a diagnosis of Multiple Mitochondrial Gene Deletion 28

33	33	WHEREAS, this condition has progressed over the last five-and-one-half 31
34	34	(5 1/2) years, rendering Olivia Chambers legally blind; and 32

37	37	four-hundred-meter freestyle S13 at the 2024 Paralympic Games in Paris, 35
