23	23	Forward and the rootEd Alliance to improve postsecondary outcomes for 21
24	24	students in rural communities by placing dedicated college and career 22
25	25	advisors in high schools to provide critical guidance and support; and 23

27	27	WHEREAS, rootEd has made a significant impact in Arkansas by working to 25
28	28	grow the talent pipeline by increasing college enrollment, workforce 26
29	29	readiness, and educational attainment, helping thousands of students across 27
30	30	the state access higher education and career opportunities; and 28

32	32	WHEREAS, rootEd advisors are dedicated supporters working to ensure 30
33	33	students, particularly those in underserved rural areas, have the necessary 31
34	34	resources, mentorship, and guidance to pursue and complete postsecondary 32
