2727 WHEREAS, rootEd has made a significant impact in Arkansas by working to 25
2828 grow the talent pipeline by increasing college enrollment, workforce 26
2929 readiness, and educational attainment, helping thousands of students across 27

3232 WHEREAS, rootEd advisors are dedicated supporters working to ensure 30
3333 students, particularly those in underserved rural areas, have the necessary 31
3434 resources, mentorship, and guidance to pursue and complete postsecondary 32
