| 26 | 25 | | SECTION 2. Arkansas Code § 12 -12-919(a), concerning lifetime 23 |

| 27 | 26 | | registration for certain sex offenders, is amended to read as follows: 24 |

| 28 | 27 | | (a) Lifetime registration is required for a sex offender who: 25 |
|---|
| 29 | 28 | | (1) Was found to have committed an aggravated sex offense; 26 |
|---|
| 30 | 29 | | (2) Was determined by the court to be or assessed as a Level 4 27 |
|---|
| 31 | 30 | | sexually dangerous person; 28 |
|---|
| 32 | 31 | | (3) Has pleaded guilty or nolo contendere to or been found 29 |
|---|
| 33 | 32 | | guilty of a second or subsequent sex offense under a separate case number, 30 |
|---|
| 34 | 33 | | not multiple counts on the same charge; 31 |
|---|
| 35 | 34 | | (4) Was convicted of rape by forcible compulsion, § 5 -14-32 |
|---|
| 36 | 35 | | 103(a)(1), or other substantially similar offense in another jurisdiction; or 33 |

| 37 | 36 | | (5) Has pleaded guilty or nolo contendere to or been found 34 |
