| 33 | 32 | | utility vehicle, or panel truck on a public highway or street; and 30 |

| 34 | 33 | | (2) The suspension, frame, or chassis of the motor vehicle has 31 |

| 35 | 34 | | been modified by any means to cause the height of the front bumper of the 32 |

| 36 | 35 | | motor vehicle to be at least four inches (4") in height greater than the 33 |

| 37 | 36 | | height of the rear bumper of the motor vehicle. 34 |
