2828 SECTION 1. Arkansas Code Title 17, Chapter 3 is amended to add an 26
2929 additional section to read as follows: 27
3030 17-3-105. Prohibited disqualification from licensure. 28
3131 An individual shall not be disqualified from pursuing, practicing, or 29
3232 engaging in any occupation or profession for which licensure is required 30
3333 solely or in part because of a prior conviction of a crime, unless the crime 31
3434 for which the individual was convicted directly relates to the duties and 32
3535 responsibilities of the occupation or profession. 33
