3333 WHEREAS, Jack and Jill of America, Inc., was founded on January 24, 31
3434 1938, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, by the late Marion Stubbs Thomas, who, 32
3535 along with twenty (20) visionary mothers, sought to establish an organization 33
3636 dedicated to providing social, cultural, and educational enrichment 34
3737 opportunities for African -American youth aged two to nineteen (2 -19); and 35
