An Act

 

amending title 36, chapter 6, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding article 4.2; relating to public health.

 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Title 36, chapter 6, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding article 4.2, to read: ARTICLE 4.2. VACCINATIONS START_STATUTE36-685. Vaccinations; prohibition; exception; definition A. Any government entity may not require a resident of this state to receive a vaccination for COVID-19 or any variant of COVID-19. B. Subsection A of this section does not apply to a health care institution that is owned or operated by a government entity in this state. C. For the purposes of this section, "government entity" means this state and any political subdivision of this state that receives and uses tax revenues. END_STATUTE 

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Title 36, chapter 6, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding article 4.2, to read:

ARTICLE 4.2. VACCINATIONS

START_STATUTE36-685. Vaccinations; prohibition; exception; definition

A. Any government entity may not require a resident of this state to receive a vaccination for COVID-19 or any variant of COVID-19.

B. Subsection A of this section does not apply to a health care institution that is owned or operated by a government entity in this state.

C. For the purposes of this section, "government entity" means this state and any political subdivision of this state that receives and uses tax revenues. END_STATUTE
