Except as required in subsection B of this section, all actions against any public entity or public employee shall be brought within one year after the cause of action accrues and not afterward. B. An action against a public entity or public employee that alleges a violation of article IX, section 7, constitution of Arizona, shall be brought within thirty days after the cause of action accrues and not afterward.
