AN ACT

 

amending section 12-821, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to actions against public entities or public employees.

 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Section 12-821, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read: START_STATUTE12-821. General limitation; gift clause violation; public entity or public employee A. Except as required in subsection B of this section, all actions against any public entity or public employee shall be brought within one year after the cause of action accrues and not afterward. B. An action against a public entity or public employee that alleges a violation of article IX, section 7, constitution of Arizona, shall be brought within thirty days after the cause of action accrues and not afterward. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Section 12-821, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:
