An Act
appropriating monies to the border security fund.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Appropriation; border security fund; intent A. The sum of $1,140,800 and 14.5 full-time equivalent positions are appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2022-2023 to the border security fund established by section 26-105, Arizona Revised Statutes, for the purposes prescribed in section 26-105, subsection A, paragraphs 1 and 2, Arizona Revised Statutes. B. The legislature intends that the appropriation made in subsection A of this section be considered ongoing funding in future years.
