7878 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Motor vehicle fuel and use fuel taxes; prohibited Notwithstanding any other law, the motor vehicle fuel tax and use fuel tax imposed by section 28-5606, Arizona Revised Statutes, may not be imposed in this state from and after October 31, 2023 through October 31, 2024.
