relating to the imposition of motor fuel taxes.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Motor vehicle fuel and use fuel taxes; prohibited Notwithstanding any other law, the motor vehicle fuel tax and use fuel tax imposed by section 28-5606, Arizona Revised Statutes, may not be imposed in this state from and after October 31, 2023 through October 31, 2024.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Notwithstanding any other law, the motor vehicle fuel tax and use fuel tax imposed by section 28-5606, Arizona Revised Statutes, may not be imposed in this state from and after October 31, 2023 through October 31, 2024.
