An Act
amending title 12, chapter 6, article 2, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 12-614; relating to death by wrongful act.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Title 12, chapter 6, article 2, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 12-614, to read: START_STATUTE12-614. Recovery of attorney fees; definition A. The court shall award reasonable attorney fees to a plaintiff who prevails in an action for wrongful death against a long-term care facility. B. For the purposes of this section, "long-term care facility" means an assisted living home, an assisted living facility or a nursing care institution as defined in section 36-401. END_STATUTE
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 12, chapter 6, article 2, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 12-614, to read:
