67		-	Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. ~~Appropriation~~; department of education; Arizona Holocaust education center; exemption A. The ~~sum of $_____ is~~ appropriated from the state general fund ~~in fiscal year 2024-2025~~ to the department of education to distribute to the Arizona Holocaust education center for the creation and operation of the center as a resource for fulfilling the requirements of section 15-701.02, Arizona Revised Statutes. B. The ~~appropriation~~ made in subsection A of this section is exempt from the provisions of section 35-190, Arizona Revised Statutes, relating to lapsing of appropriations.
	78	+	Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Appropriations; department of education; Arizona Holocaust education center; exemption A. The following amounts are appropriated in the following fiscal years from the state general fund to the department of education to distribute to the Arizona Holocaust education center for the creation and operation of the center as a resource for fulfilling the requirements of section 15-701.02, Arizona Revised Statutes: 1. $4,000,000 in fiscal year 2024-2025. 2. $3,000,000 in fiscal year 2025-2026. 3. $3,000,000 in fiscal year 2026-2027. B. The appropriations made in subsection A of this section are exempt from the provisions of section 35-190, Arizona Revised Statutes, relating to lapsing of appropriations.
