An Act
appropriating monies to the department of education.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Appropriation; department of education; Arizona Holocaust education center; exemption A. The sum of $_____ is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2024-2025 to the department of education to distribute to the Arizona Holocaust education center for the creation and operation of the center as a resource for fulfilling the requirements of section 15-701.02, Arizona Revised Statutes. B. The appropriation made in subsection A of this section is exempt from the provisions of section 35-190, Arizona Revised Statutes, relating to lapsing of appropriations.
