An Act

 

amending title 13, chapter 9, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 13-926; relating to probation.

 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Title 13, chapter 9, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 13-926, to read: START_STATUTE13-926. Apprenticeship programs; hours; location A probationer who is on supervised probation and who is participating in a state or federally recognized apprenticeship program may do both of the following: 1. Work at any hours of the day as long as the probationer remains in good standing with the apprenticeship program. 2. Travel outside the jurisdiction in which the probationer resides to work in the apprenticeship program if the probationer returns to the jurisdiction in which the probationer resides by 11:59 p.m. each day. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Title 13, chapter 9, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 13-926, to read:

START_STATUTE13-926. Apprenticeship programs; hours; location
