An Act
amending title 28, chapter 2, article 3, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 28-377; relating to the department of transportation.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Title 28, chapter 2, article 3, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 28-377, to read: START_STATUTE28-377. Quarterly report; construction project contracts; lowest qualified bidders The director shall issue a quarterly report to the president of the senate and the speaker of the house of representatives. The report shall disclose each instance that the lowest responsible bidder for a construction project contract awarded under this title was not selected for the construction project contract and why the lowest responsible bidder was not selected.END_STATUTE
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 28, chapter 2, article 3, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 28-377, to read:
