69		-	Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Title 40, chapter 1, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 40-104, to read: START_STATUTE40-104. Employment; commissioners; employees of commission prohibitions A. An entity that is regulated by the commission may not employ ~~or enter into an independent contractor agreement with~~ an individual who in the preceding four calendar years served as a commissioner or was ~~an employee~~ or ~~independent contractor of~~ the commission. B. The commission may not employ ~~or enter into an independent contractor agreement with~~ an individual who in the preceding two calendar years was ~~an employee~~ or ~~independent contractor of~~ an entity that is regulated by the commission. END_STATUTE
