71- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Appropriation; university of Arizona; regional medical center; Yuma; intent A. The sum of $7,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2025-2026 to the university of Arizona to construct a regional medical center in the city of Yuma. B. The legislature intends that the appropriation made in subsection A of this section be considered ongoing funding for the maintenance and operation of the regional medical center in future years.

Inmate labor The commission may contract with the state department of corrections or ARCOR enterprises Arizona correctional industries for the use of inmate labor, including juveniles, in constructing, operating or maintaining game and fish facilities.
